The interview process is divided into live interviews, phone interviews, and mock interviews. Live Interview: Our product will hear the interviewer’s questions in real-time, and your answers will be displayed in the AI workspace. Phone Interview: You will need to place your phone near your computer. The system will capture audio from your phone (the interviewer’s voice) and display answers in the AI workspace. Mock Interview: Based on your resume, target position, and responses, the system will ask follow-up questions to help you better prepare for future interviews and familiarize yourself with our product.

To offer the optimal experiences, we support a wide range of meeting software including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype, Cisco Webex, Slack, GoToMeeting, BlueJeans, Adobe Connect, Zoho Meeting, Whereby, Jitsi Meet, Join.me, Pexip, Hopin, BigBlueButton, ClickMeeting, Fuze, among others. Hirely is compatible with comprehensive browsers. Our platform is accessible via most of the modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). To ensure the best performance, you optimize to use the latest version of the chrome browser with a stable internet connection. If it doesn’t run smoothly, you can try to alter the browser or reach out to us.

To ensure the smooth and convenience of payment process, we accept a wide range of payment options, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as ACH transfers. If you prefer other accesses, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support for further assistance. Additionally, all payments are one-time and will not be automatically debited!

For interview copilot, each account are entitled 30 minutes for free trial session. Once you initiate the interview copilot it won’t be paused until up to 30 minutes and then it is no longer valid. If you want to experience more, you need to commit to a subscription.

After paying successfully, all features are available within the subscription period(one month/three months). That means you can explore and experience any features you need during the billing cycle. Generally we don’t offer the refund service, however, it could be accepted in certain condition. You can contact us to request a refund with details and reasons. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

In adherence to data privacy protection standards, we does not retain interview transcriptions. However, Hirely will generate a interview report after each interviews. You have the option to access an Interview Report immediately following each session by selected “View Report”. It is important to note that if the Interview report is not opened upon session completion, retrieval of the report will not be possible at a later time. For more questions, please contact us!
